As you have probably noticed, making decisions at a global level can sometimes be difficult (especially because it is hard to gather everybody at the same time, and because consensuses are not always easy to make when we come from too many different places. ) That is why it can be helpful to create more local partnerships, for instance between towns. Once these partnerships are fully established, we can fusion several partnerships to create a more important one, so that it become more easy to build an international network.
For instance, a partnership between Barcelona, Lyon, and Marburg is in project, and I currently work on a forum we could use for that. If some people from Lyon, Barcelona, or Marburg, are interested, please get in touch with us at balyma.partnership@gmail.com
