SUGGESTION: international joint statement (open for discussion)

The following is a suggestion for an International Joint Statement, that can be used for various purposes, especially as a content basis for the "Spring of Resistance". It is based on the international joint statement used for the "Global Wave of Action for Education". Only the introduction and ending were edited, so that the list of supporters can be kept.
I suggest we try to finalise the statement by February 6th (sunday).

Globally United Education Protests - November 2010!

First I noticed that with the beginning of the wave of occupations [mainly lecture halls at universities] two months ago the communication and exchange of information between various groups in different countries increased tremendously.
