STUDENTS in ITALY! UNITING with the UK PROTESTS!

To all Italian students,

I understand you will be protesting on the 9th of December. This is the same day as a huge nationwide demonstration in the UK against the government's plans to triple tuition fees and cut university funding by 80%, amongst other things. Because we are fighting for the same cause, we should link our arms together in the spirit of solidarity. How about UK students making signs which say 'United against fees and cuts' in Italian, and Italian students making signs with the same in English?

I'm from Cagliari, a small town in Sardinia, Southern Italy.
I really like your idea but unfortunately there's no big demonstration in Cagliari planned for Dec the 9th.
I hope that somebody from bigger cities will answer you.
