Please consider the following scenario:

“Managing boards of all public universities around the globe decided to resign from their positions and left students with all the existing infrastructure to organize education the way they want.”

We can use this fictional scenario to organize coordinated workshops around the globe on June 16th, and learn through them in more depth, how organization currently works in different public educational institutions. This way we can prevent ourself from naive demands of unrealistic changes, which ignore complexity of the subject.
