New Delhi, India:
Massive Demonstration against the Privatisation of Education

A huge alliance of organisations called for a Demonstration in the Indian capital New Delhi for Dec.2nd, to protest the increasing privatisation of education.

Thousands of people - among them students, teachers, faculty staff, officers of schools, colleges and universities as well as parents - made their way to the demonstration. They marched from Ramlila Maidan to Parliament Street.
