International Student Movement

Dec.16th: Global Chat Meeting
on the Administration of the
INTERNATIONAL STUDENT MOVEMENT

This will be a chat meeting focussing especially on the future administration of the International Student Movement (ISM) platform.

For the ISM platform to also exist in the future it is necessary that more people take up responsibilities and get involved in the administration of the ISM.

Some tasks that are part of the administration:

• adding content to/updating the ISM website
• administrating ISM pages/groups on facebook
• administrating twitter account @ISM030
• participating in discussions on how the infrastructure can be improved
• inviting to/ facilitating global chat meetings

To facilitate the communication between those involved in tasks related to the administration a mailing list was set up: lists.riseup.net

All who accept and support the basic idea and aims of the ISM are invited to join the mailing list and get involved!!!

The admin mailing list will also function as a basic contact for everyone who happens to come across the website and has questions regarding the ISM + interview requests.

The ISM platform is being upheld by individual activists in different parts of the world. It will continue to exist as long as individuals who are passionate about the struggle help to maintain the infrastructure, improve it and make use of it.

All interested and identifying with the struggle against the increasing commercialisation of education and for free emancipatory education anywhere on this planet are invited to participate in this chat meeting!

This pad will be used for the chat meeting: pad.riseup.net (feel free to contribute)
