"International Student Movement"

Sent in by NCAFC:

On the 22nd of January, the NCAFC will have its conference in University College London (UCL), room tbc. UCL is on Gower Street in London, near Euston and Warren Street tube/train stations. It will take place from 11am-6pm. Please make an effort to attend, or to send representatives from your local campaign group.

The NCAFC conference will decide on how we want to take the campaign forward in the months to come. It will establish ways of functioning so that the NCAFC can be more democratic, something that all its supporters can take control over. We will discuss what tactics we will use in the struggle to come, and talk about and decide on the politics and the policies of our campaign. It will be an extremely important event in taking the movement forward and building a network to draw all our local groups and campaigns together into a national force with a national voice.

The NCAFC now has quite a bit of money, so we can give you some cash to subsidise your transport (we can't pay for all of it, though) if you are coming from outside of London. We will also operate a fare pool on the day - so don't let money put you off! Please keep receipts from tickets where possible.

If you need overnight accommodation, email and let us know - the NCAFC in London can sort that out.

The facebook event for the Conference is here: http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=184072304938176 - please invite people!

Don't forget - the next days of action are on the 26th and 29th of January. See the website for more information, and get organising now! What can you do in your local area?
