BOLOGNA KEEPS ON BURNING IN MADRID

Today many more people from different european cities and the spanish state arrived in the Philosophy Faculty to participate in the counter summit.
In the morning, there was an action against the Santander bank, a bank which has a lot of financial interest in the universities within the spanish state. Students entered an official administrative building in the centre of the city and occupied it to make visible the mercantilization of knowledge. Around 50 activists went inside, they put up banners inside the building and had lunch in the hall, eating the bank's propaganda.

In the evening, more activist from different places arrived and assemblies were made to prepare the action on saturday and to organize the self-management of the building occupied.
The international comission of the assembly calls activists in Europe to show their solidarity with us by making direct actions in their cities, attacking objetives like their education ministerial buildings, spanish embassies or whatever else they want.
