"International Student Movement"

Demonstrations will take place in several university-cities across the Netherlands, like Amsterdam, Utrecht and Nijmegen. 1000s of students are expected.

The protests are against the introduction of extra fees (€5000 + 3000€ extra) for those taking longer to finish their degree than they are suppose to, stigmatised as the so called "langstudeerders".
